We are looking for a Client Support Executive to join our growing team in Munich. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of a small, collaborative team where your contributions will help drive client satisfaction, operational excellence, and company success.

What You'll Do

  • Support clients throughout their journey, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams to resolve client requests and ensure efficient trade processing.
  • Train and guide clients on internal processes to minimize future support requests.
  • Monitor and follow up on open trades requiring wire instructions and escalate non-settlement risks when necessary.
  • Collect outstanding receivables and contribute to healthy cash flow management.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records in Salesforce (CRM).
  • Independently manage routine client inquiries and minor complaints while escalating more complex cases when required.
  • Ensure full compliance with GDPR, CASS, and internal regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Native-level German and C1 English proficiency.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Client Support, Customer Service, Banking Operations, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to change.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience within the banking or financial services industry.

  • Competitive salary of €45,000–€50,000 per year.
